By adding HELIX GUARD to your Discord server, accessing the web dashboard, or using any of its commands, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must remove the bot from your server and stop using the service immediately.

These terms apply to all users, including server owners, administrators, moderators and regular members who interact with HELIX GUARD in any way.

HELIX GUARD is a Discord bot and associated web dashboard that provides server management tools including, but not limited to:

• Moderation commands (ban, kick, warn, timeout)
• Invite tracking and analytics
• Activity statistics and audit logging
• Engagement modules: giveaways, economy, leveling, tickets (Pro)
• Auto-moderation and content filtering (Pro)
• Welcome messages and role assignment (Pro)
• A web dashboard accessible via Discord OAuth 2.0

Features marked as Pro are only available under a paid subscription. Free features are provided at no cost with no expiration.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use HELIX GUARD, in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service. If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

By using HELIX GUARD you confirm that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

You agree not to use HELIX GUARD to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Distribute spam, malware, or illegal content
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security or rate-limiting mechanism
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the service
• Use the bot to facilitate illegal activity of any kind
• Impersonate HELIX GUARD, its developers, or any other entity

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal of bot access, termination of your subscription without refund, and reporting to Discord's Trust & Safety team where applicable.

HELIX GUARD Pro is a paid subscription service. By subscribing you agree to the following:

• Billing. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Pro features remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
• Price changes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Your existing subscription rate is locked until renewal.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails your subscription will enter a grace period of 7 days before Pro features are suspended.
• Refunds. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused periods. If you experience a technical issue preventing use of Pro features, contact support within 14 days.

HELIX GUARD collects and stores certain data to provide its functionality. This includes Discord user IDs, guild IDs, moderation records, message counts (not content), voice activity durations and invite usage data.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes. For full details on what data we collect and how we use it, please read our Privacy Policy.

HELIX GUARD is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees of uptime, availability, or uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, Discord API outages, and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary unavailability.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime, data loss, or interruption of service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to HELIX GUARD at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your data may be retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion, after which it cannot be recovered.

You may terminate your use of HELIX GUARD at any time by removing the bot from your server and cancelling any active subscription.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of HELIX GUARD after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For significant changes we will post an announcement in our support server.
